Hey, for those of you who are wondering why I have this blog when I already am hard-pressed to keep the OF Blog active, it is more to give me a place to post about non-genre books, language acquisition matters (I’m working on becoming as proficient in Spanish as I am in English, plus I recently decided to teach myself the rudiments of Serbian so I could be able to read certain personal favorites in the original), and other matters strange and mundane that interest me.
With one little exception (The 2007 Books Read), there will be no overlap with the OF Blog. When I read a particular good book, especially one written in Spanish, that’s not spec fic-oriented, I plan on reviewing it here. So for those few who have the OF Blog bookmarked, would you please be so kind as to add this one to your list if you want to see what else interests me?
