Post-Easter Book Porn

Each of the 14 French books cost only 15¢ each.  Not too shabby for paperback editions of classics, n’est ce pas?

Brecht, Mann, and Musset.  These alone could occupy my attention for weeks.

Bought these 2012 releases new.  Especially curious to see how Hand handles crime (pun!).

Finally decided to try Nashville resident (and acclaimed author) Ann Patchett’s work.  Also, here is a Monica Ali book that I have yet to read.

Despite the occasional pop psych irritations, I have enjoyed Pelevin’s other works, so for $2, this wasn’t a risk.  Taking a $1 flyer on this book by Nawal El Saadawi, as the premise is intriguing.
